Frank Jørgensen is specialized in brand protection, IP and unfair competition litigation and strategic counselling, moreover handling all levels of trademark and design prosecution and brand strategy. Frank advises clients in disputes involving trademarks, designs, copyrights, patents as well as any unfair competition, defamation and trade secret disputes.

​

Frank Jørgensen has a strong focus on brand protection and has a recognized cooperation with customs and police authorities, having more than 15 years of experience in fighting counterfeits. As chairman of the Danish Anti-counterfeiting Group (DACG), Frank is also working for the brand owners’ interest in the fight against piracy. 

​

He has vast experience in preliminary legal remedies; interim injunctions and civil seizures/preservation of evidence as well as cease and desist actions, customs control, criminal enforcement of IP rights, notice and take-down procedures, anti-counterfeiting and illegal parallel import.

​

Frank Jørgensen represents clients before all Danish courts as well as the Danish Patent and Trademark Office, Board of Appeal and The Complaints Board for Domain Names. Besides a large international network, Frank also has experience before Norwegian courts and coordinates proceedings in the Scandinavian. 

​

He is also acting as a censor at IP exams at the University of Copenhagen and Aarhus.

​

Off work Frank collects toys from the 80’s, movie memorabilia, comic books and is also an AFOL (adult fan of LEGO)
