Malene Eigtved is an authorized administrator at the Copenhagen City Court and the Court in Hillerød and advises on estate management, inheritance law, generational change and wills. Malene has handled several hundred estates, and together with a solid professional foundation and commitment, this makes Malene a very experienced trustee. Common to many estates and inheritances is a relatively high level of conflict. Malene is a certified mediator, and by using the tools and experience from mediation together with an in-depth knowledge of rules and practice, the conflicts can be handled. The ambition is to get the parties through the shift as peacefully and uncomplicated as possible.

Malene is a member of Danske Arveretsadvokater and enrolled in the association Trygt Boskift.

Malene is a certified mediator and has resolved a number of conflicts for both companies and private individuals. The experience from many different types of cases makes Malene a strong mediator. But it's the curiosity to hear the parties' story and find out where the shoe pinches that drives Malene when she needs to resolve a conflict. Because once it is clear where the shoe is pinching, the settlement/agreement can begin to take shape.

Malene is Vice Chairman of Danish Mediator Attorneys. a member of the Board of Directors of the Mediation Institute and affiliated with a social mediation offer as a voluntary mediator.

In addition, Malene advises on general commercial law and insolvency law. Malene has the right to appear before the High Court.
